Our Team is Growing! We are thrilled to add Mrs. Hannah Laney to our staff!! 🎉
Hi! My name is Hannah Laney and I am thrilled to be joining the amazing team at Jay Elementary! I’ve been close by for the last six years as an English Language Arts teacher at Jay High. In a few months, I will graduate from my undergrad Alma Mater, the University of West Florida, with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. My husband and I grew up in Jay and reside here with our three children, who all attend JES. My love for this community is deeply rooted and seems to only grow stronger with age. I look forward to meeting all the precious faces of my new students soon! It’s great to be raising Royals 💙

🚔 Law Enforcement Appreciation Day 💙
Today we honor the men and women who keep our schools and communities safe. A special thank you to Officer Levier for always taking great care of our Royal Cubs! Your dedication and support mean so much to us.

We are so excited to welcome our amazing students back on Tuesday, January 6th!!

No School Monday, January 5. Teacher Planning Day. Students return Tuesday, January 6th.

💙January is School Board Appreciation Month💙
We recognize the important role our school board plays in guiding our district and making decisions that impact students, staff, and families. Thank you for your service and commitment to our schools.

Happy New Year from JES!

🎉 Wishing Our Students and Staff a Wonderful Winter Break! ❄️
As we wrap up an amazing semester, we want to thank everyone for their hard work, dedication, and positive spirit. Enjoy this well-deserved time to relax, recharge, and celebrate with family and friends.
